研究方向一 材料加工过程的物理模拟及数据驱动模拟,主要包括枝晶生长、宏观偏析等缺陷的预测、多物理场/多相耦合建模、机器学习在材料加工中的应用
研究方向二 凝固过程控制,主要包括大型铸件的均质化控制、磁致能量转换功能材料
研究情况

近年来,主要从事1)材料加工过程的数值模拟研究,包括多物理场/多相耦合技术,尤其是凝固过程的宏观偏析模拟预测方面;2)大型铸锭的均质化控制;3)磁致形状记忆及磁制冷功能材料制备方面的研究;4)基于数据驱动的材料加工与模拟。

先后承担或作为主要负责人参与国家自然基金重点项目,科技部重点研发计划以及国家两机重大专项等多项国家重大重点项目。与英国莱斯特大学、奥地利莱奥本大学、美国爱荷华大学等国外高校;宝钢、中广核、上重、鞍钢、隆基硅等国内行业重点企业有长期合作关系。担任Int. Heat Mass Trans., J. Mater. Proc. Technol., J. Alloys Comp., Metall. Mater. Trans. A等多家杂志的特约审稿人。在本领域知名国际期刊Acta Mater., Metall. Mater. Trans. A, I J. Mater. Proc. Technol.等上发表SCI论文60余篇。
